Character development
Who are your characters and what do they carry in their pockets or bags? (And how can we use it in the story?)
Is she a busy mom with a big bag with a bunch of, maybe unnecessary things, but she has that one key thing at a critical moment?
Is she a little girl with coins in her pocket and plays with them when she’s nervous?
Is he a young man who always has cigarettes but doesn’t actually smoke?
Or is he/she someone who carries a magnet all the time and everywhere? (Why a magnet?)
Or is she not wearing anything because her friend has a big bag and carries everything?
Think about it and use it in your stories.
