About us Novelloom
The connection between human potential, creativity and writing.
Why human potential and creativity?
Human potential and creativity are like two best friends who complement each other wonderfully. Human potential is like a huge treasure chest, and the treasures are the abilities, skills, and talents that each of us carries within us. On the other hand, creativity is the one that slightly mixes, twists, flips and turns everything we know, encouraging us to think outside the box to gain new perspectives on the world and problem-solving.
Both human potential and creativity are infinite and boundless. As individuals, we always have the possibility to grow and develop, and creativity is never exhausted because there is always room for generating new ideas.
To grow, but also for a creative moment to happen, we need to think outside the box and get out of our comfort zone. This may not always be the easiest, simplest, or most comfortable thing to do, but it is a moment for personal growth and development, an opportunity to discover something new about ourselves and the world around us, an opportunity to change.
Novelloom is here to support you in this process of change.
Who is behind Novelloom?
(Someone who has stepped out of her comfort zone many times and knows that it is never easy, but it is possible and doable, and ultimately fulfilling.)
I am Tamara, a math lover who completed her studies in psychology. There have always been two things in me – curiosity about people, and that creative part that I express through writing.
In almost 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, in operational and management positions in small companies, but also in those which numbered over 300 employees, and in different industries (public sector, financial institutions, pharmaceutical industry, IT) and in international environments, I got acquainted with different practices and enriched my knowledge. Working in companies of different sizes gave me the opportunity to develop and implement processes in all areas of human resources (selection and recruitment; onboarding and offboarding; monitoring development needs, conducting and organizing training; advising management on issues in the field of human resources, and working with ” demanding” employees, solving simpler issues in the field of labor law, labor relations, rights and obligations, etc.).
I engage in artistic creation, particularly creative writing, as much as I do with people and human potential, if not more, which is why some have told me that I live a hundred lives. I would almost agree with that, as I am a passionate reader and an even more passionate writer. I write under the pen name T. A. Marra, and so far, I have published one collection of poems and two self-published novels.
I collaborated on various projects related to human potential and in the area of encouraging creativity and creative expression.
I strongly believe that it is the individual who makes a difference, and together, we can contribute to positive changes and create incredible stories.
